SharePoint 2010 Pages have errors and no one can open them pages [general problem]

we have SharePoint portal 2010.

every things is OK but when i open my site page in content tab this error occurred

Error An unexpected error has occurred. Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more information, contact your site administrator. Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.

I found this article : SharePoint Debugging web.config Modifications about my problem but i think there was a better solution suggest by you.
