SP13 Online Workflow not triggering on List

I am having the following problem with SharePoint Online

I have a workflow on list B that starts when a new item is created. If I created the item manually the workflow works.

Now I have a list A that has a workflow that creates a new item in List B. The problem is that when the workflow in list A creates the list item in list B the workflow does not start.

Any ideas?
