unable to implement content organizer rule and routing in record center

I have created a record center.I set the send to connection from central admin's general appln settings and given the record center link- http://srvr1:123/sites/GnGRecordCenter.My source site collec is http://srvr1:123/sites/GnG.Also I have content type hub configured with few olumns such as BU,Classification,Discipline,read access,contribute access.Now when I try to implement content organizer rules i am not able to get the columns like BU,Discipline, read access, contribute access.Only classification column was coming. its a choice field.Can anyone help how to resolve this issue.i need to get the above columns.Also how to set a custom document library - not record library-as the the target library and drop the documents instead of dumping the docs into Drop Off Library.I have content types implemented in my GnG site collection.
