We have SharePoint 2013 and we have noticed that some users have incorrect profile properties, for example when we look at user profile we see the manager is incorrect in SharePoint but it is correct in AD. This seems to be inconsistent as it affect some users. We have tried full import sync to no avail. Also, it does not seems to update the attributes as some users changed their job type from temporary to permanent but it still show in SharePoint as temporary.
