When User Try To Respond To Same Survey How To Display User Friendly Message And Redirect User To Home Page?

When User Try To Respond To Same Survey again ,Display Server Error,So User Not Able To Understand Error Message ,so I am trying to Display User Friendly Message and Redirect Link To home Page.

Currently When User Click on Respond To Same Survey again ,following Error Display:
