It appears that the permissions available on SharePoint Online only allow someone add/delete/edit access for all items in a library without breaking inheritance.
That said, we will want the same users to be able to create new documents in the folders that are created, but do not want to deal with the fiasco that would result from attempting to manage this through permissions, so we ask:
Can workflows or permissions be used to prevent a folder from being edited, created, or deleted? (SharePoint Online)
Any tips would be appreciated.
