How to remove "About" Prefix on SharePoint MySites

My question is in regard to Sharepoint 2013 - MySites

Our company utilizes mysites as an organizational directory. Upon viewing a profile for say, John Smith, the page is titled "About John Smith". We would like to remove the About prefix but cannot seem to find a setting for it anywhere. How can I go about doing this? Please note that I am a Novice at Sharepoint but if pointed in the right direction I would be able to make the necessary changes.
