Create a page using SharePoint designer workflow with REST API

How to Download and Upload the .aspx page using Rest service.

I'm using SharePoint Designer workflow to create a page. In Normal REST call we will specify the parameter 'binaryStringResponseBody' which accepts the binary data returned by the server.

But in Designer workflow how can I pass that parameter.
