sharepoint app link

I am coding a web app that will list all sharepoint app available for one user. How is it possible to know if one user is allowed or not to access one sharepoint app ? It is useless to display a link if the user doesn't have the right permissions. Is it possible to do something with NTLM login ? The different sharpoint appz are on different domains.
