Time calculation diff from timerjob and manuel created list item

I have a problem. I have a list, whre some item fields are calculated from created time + offset. If I create a item manualy, from the UI time calculations are correct.

But I also have a scheduled job running, that creates items as well. But here calculations are off 1 hour (1 hour before, manual creation). I have looked at regional setting for both the site and CA. They are the same.

The "created" stamp on the item is in both cases correct: Its only the time calculation that are off 1 hour.

Anyone have any idea what the cause might be?

PS: If I edit an item created by the timer job from the UI and trigger a time calculation, the times are correct...
