Formula Error In Calculated Field with IF Statement

i tried to create an calculated field with the following formula:

Column1: ExpirationDate, Date/Time

Column2: CurrentDate, Date/Time

Column3: Status, Calculated Field

=IF([ExpirationDate]>[CurrentDate],"Not Urgent","Urgent")

And get the following Screen:

What should I do now?
