Uninstalling farm solutions, will not remove the related site collection features

I am facing a problem which I cannot understand how to fix it. Now I have installed third party tools inside my SharePoint 2013 server. Then I wanted to remove them, so i went to "Central administration>>system settings>>Manage Farm solutions". I removed all these solutions, and now the Farm solution section only have one solution which I need as follow:-

But now these features are still being displayed under these locations:-

1- If I create new site collection they appear under “site settings>>site collection features” as follow, and if I try to activate them they will raise exception:-

2- Also I find folders representing these features under the following location:-

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\FEATURES

So can anyone advice how to completely remove all these feature references?
