Get specific user based on a custom user profile field - REST

I've got a custom user profile field ex: CompanyID

If CompanyID=444 then return "microsoft" 

Something like this:

Remember that the CompanyID is a custom field. Seems that custom fields are not allowed if you want to get a specific account?
