Configuring the people picker to uste the full name of a user in the usual order and without the comma

Following those instructions I was able to configure the people picker this way.

stsadm.exe -o setproperty -pn peoplepicker-searchadcustomquery -pv (name=*{0}*) -url http://exemple.com:80

For a user "Jon Doe", this return correct result if type "Jon", "Doe" or "Dow, Jon", but don't work for "Jon Doe"?

How could I configure it to work for "Jon Doe"?
