How to remove hidden column from list in Sharepoint 2010?

On our server Sharepoint for some reason appeared on all the lists required field "name" is not visible in the column list, i can remove it or do not mandatory? It stores data in the form of "12,000", the column appears to the system, but it needs to enter data if you edit the list of Access, if you try to enter into it that may be, there is an error "Invalid internet address", because of this error can not be created new entry interferes strongly.
