SharePoint 2013 drag and drop does not complete

Sometimes when we drag and drop multiple items from the hard drive to a SharePoint library, it happens that the process does not complete.

Then, we refresh the page (and the drag and drop process cancels) and try again....and then it suddenly works.

Does someone knows why it sometimes works and sometimes does not?
